* Customer agrees to meet the Monthly Minimum Revenue Commitment ("MMRC") detailed above. If the Customer's usage and related service fees fall below the MMRC, the customer will be billed the MMRC detailed above for any and all months the fees fall below the MMRC. All fees are billed monthly in arrears based on the usage and fees incurred for the TAKE ACTION services as detailed later in this service order but the MMRC applies for all months over the Service Order term.

** Take Action Call Response per minute service fee is for calls originated within the 48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii and Alaska and extended domestic territories and Canada. Rates for these areas are detailed in the Toll Free Calling Fees section detailed above.

*** Toll Free calls originating in Canada will have a 30 second minimum call length. In-state calls within California will have an 18 second minimum call length.
